  7. Malevolent Creation – Dead Man’s Path (Century Media) Dead Man’s Path is the band’s first album with Century Media, having been on the Nuclear Blast roster for a while before that. Some of the leads, such as on “Imperium (Kill Force Rising)” are quite effective, and founding vocalist Brett Hoffman can still belt out some.
  8. ‘ Imperium (Kill Force Rising)’ is an energetic romp that remains engaging throughout its six plus minutes. ‘Corporate Weaponry’ has blasts aplenty, along with some excellent lead work. It certainly ticks all the boxes: memorable title and thus chorus, breakdown section, time changes and a superb production.
